Congratulations on your grant award! We're really happy for your organization and looking forward to a productive partnership. Our grant reporting process is pretty easy and straight forward, or so we like to think (if it's not let us know!). Beyond carrying out the awesome work your grant was awarded for, we request four extra steps form you:
Attend our grant program orientation (we won't try to sell you a condo somewhere)
Acknowledge the District in any promotional materials or at events (we want more organizations to apply)
Submit a mid-term report
And, last but not least, submit a final report.
That's it, pretty easy. See the below for more details on each of these steps!
Here at ACCD we like to think about our yearly grant recipients in terms of cohorts. As such, we aim to gather all recipients for a brief introduction (goals, reporting deadlines, etc.), project sharing, and first payment distribution here in our offices on the Southside. Typically, the date is the third Friday in May but we'll coordinate the date beforehand so that everyone knows where and when to be.
We kindly ask that you display our logo and mention the supporting funds from ACCD while promoting your project.

Grant Reporting Requirements
Now that you've received the first chunk of funding, here are a few milestones to hit in order to receive the remaining funds for your project. We welcome innovative and creative reporting mediums (video, presentations, events, etc.) in lieu of traditional text based reports. If you intend to use an alternative reporting medium, contact us so that we know what to expect. If you wish to use our standard reporting documents, you can find them below.
Rebecca is the Director of the newly established county wide Watershed Alliance. She is also responsible for keeping the office on the 'greener' side (not the dark). We call her 'Earthday' for a reason.
