Amy started with ACCD in 2008 after completing a graduate degree in environmental science/biology at Clarion University. When not on the stream for work, she's usually still on the stream or lake fishing and hunting throughout Pennsylvania and West Virginia

Anne Lehman
Anne Lehman

Prior to joining ACCD in 2018, Anne gained experience in geotechnical exploration and construction materials testing and inspection. She has a degree in Environmental Resource Management from Penn State, and focused her studies in soil science. In her free time, Anne enjoys hiking, biking, cooking and spending time with her parrots.

Brian Gilliland
Brian Gilliland

Brian has spent his career “on the other side of the aisle,” preparing permit applications to submit to the District. His understanding of the development and engineer communities brings great value to the staff. Brian started with ACCD in 2016 and will be reviewing Individual NPDES permit applications.

Emily Wise
Emily Wise

Emily joined ACCD in 2018 as a Watershed Sustainability Fellow before taking on the Agriculture and Dirt, Gravel and Low Volume Road programs. She previously worked at the Antietam National Battlefield controlling invasive species and restoring the historical landscape.

Emma Grubbs

Emma joined ACCD in 2017 as a marketing and design fellow after studying public relations and graphic design at Slippery Rock University. When not promoting all things ACCD, she likes drinking green tea and collecting magazines.

Heather Manzo
Heather Manzo

Heather joined ACCD with a range of experience in regional food systems, community economic development, and agriculture and land use policy. As a cofounder of Pittsburgh Food Policy Council and recently an Associate Director at Penn State’s NE Center for Rural Development, she looks forward to leading the District into its next phase.

Jessie Albright
Jessie Albright

Before joining ACCD in May 2016, Jessie worked in nonprofit media and marketing while her Carnegie Mellon graduate program in Public Policy and Management developed strong project management skills. In her free time, she explores Pittsburgh's vibrant arts scene, fishes and camps.

Urban Agriculture Program Lead

Jon joined ACCD after studying Public Policy at Duquesne University. His background mixes natural resource mgmt., agricultural extension and policy analysis. Jon also leads our Urban Agriculture Program. He likes concerts, cooking, and time with his wife and their dog.

Before joining ACCD in 2018, Josh worked in the construction field and earned a degree in Environmental Studies and Sustainability from Slippery Rock University. He enjoys hiking, kyaking, cooking, camping and travel.

Kelly McLaughlin

Kelly has worked at ACCD since 2006 and has worked for PA CleanWays (Keep Pennsylvania Beautiful) and Westmoreland Conservation District. She is on the boards of Turtle Creek Watershed Association and the Regional Trail Corporation.

Chapter 105 Program Lead

Matt has been with ACCD since 2014 and helped to establish our Chapter 102 program. He is a Penn State and Clarion University graduate with a background in fisheries and aquatic ecology.

Melinda Muehlbronner
Melinda Muehlbronner

Melinda Muehlbronner has been with the District since 2014. She was previously employed by Kent Conservation District in Delaware where she gained knowledge in field inspections and post construction stormwater. She holds a B.S. degree in Environmental Biology from Clarion University.

Michele Meanor
Michele Meanor

Michele graduated with a master’s degree in environmental studies and was ACCD’s GIS Fellow until she was hired in 2017. Michele spends her free time working on home improvements, attending concerts, and visiting New Orleans every chance she gets.

Rebecca Zeyzus
Rebecca Zeyzus

Rebecca is the Municipal Stormwater Program Lead and is also the Executive Director of the Allegheny Watershed Alliance. She has spent time on Lake Champlain completing water quality testing and preventing the spread of invasive species. Rebecca loves swimming, kayaking and reading.

Sara Bach
Sara Bach

Sara attended Chatham University and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration while working professionally in the healthcare field before joining ACCD. She has a strong background in training and direct customer contact. In her free time, Sara enjoys yard sales and thrift shopping, reading and spending time with family.

Sean Lukacs
Sean Lukacs

Prior to working at ACCD, Sean was a Team Chief in a communications section for the PA National Guard, 1-110th Infantry Battalion. During that time, he developed a drive for public service and skills necessary for IT resolution and management. Sean also has a background in archaeology and field data collection.

Shannon Yasko
Shannon Yasko

Shannon graduated from Bradford School of Pittsburgh in 2016 with a degree in Business Administration. She enjoys being with her family, camping and volunteering with her church through Samaritan's Purse to help disaster relief.

Toni Bell
Toni Bell

Toni has built extensive experience in account management, specifically when working at the University of Pittsburgh in tuition monitoring prior to working at ACCD. An avid gardener, she uses her fresh picked vegetables and herbs when cooking for family and friends.
