TAKE ME TO REGISTRATION

How is this different?

The Allegheny County Conservation District derives its regulatory authority through delegation agreements with the state. The agreements are defined as Levels I, II, and III, with Level I being the most limited and Level III providing for the greatest amount of authority.

SEE HOW THIS WILL IMPACT YOU

At the end of 2016, three individuals who dedicated the last ten years of their careers to the Allegheny County Conservation District retired – Lionel Harris, Pat McManus, and Bob Lewis. We wish them many happy years of well-deserved retirement. With this mind, two new Resource Conservationists were hired to help fill the gap that was left in the Chapter 102 E&S permitting program.
